Do I need to book a consultation for my wedding and where do they take place?
We offer complimentary consultations for weddings & events, where we discuss your vision and your floral needs. Consultations take place in our home studio in SW Calgary.
When should I book my consultation?
Weekends during peak wedding season (June- Sept) book up quickly and we only take on a limited number during each season. We suggest booking a consult 6-12 months in advance.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Inspiration photos (flowers, style, theme), your colour palette (swatches always help!), and an approximate budget you have in mind.
How do I book your services for my wedding?
Once the consultation is complete, we will provide you a personal quote within a few days. If you decide to use our services, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding/event date and for us to order in your florals/greenery if required. The remaining balance will be due when you come pick up your florals.
When will my florals be ready?
Your florals will be ready for pick up 1 week before your wedding date.
Can you provide a mock up of my bouquet?
Yes we can! That is the beauty of faux florals- we are able to have this provided to you if requested for a small fee.
Do you offer delivery & setup?
All items can picked up from our home studio in SW Calgary.
Can I come take a look at your rental items (before I decide to rent)?
Absolutely! You are able to come take a look at our rental items in our home studio in SW Calgary. We actually encourage you to come take a look first!
How do I book your rental items?
To reserve the items you wish to rent, a 30% non-refundable deposit and a signed rental agreement is required to secure your rental for your wedding/event date.
Where & when can I pick up my rental items?
Pick up & drop off is in SW Calgary. Pick up can be done 2 days prior to your wedding date.
